Is it possible to have a weak immune system due to being cold?

There are two types of people in the world: those who love winter and those that hate it. You might wonder why you feel so miserable in the cold, no matter how much you love or hate winter.

The answer lies in the fact that our bodies are designed to function best during warm weather. Hot climates are where our food sources are most plentiful, and we evolved to thrive there.

But now we live in an environment that is very different from how our ancestors lived. We spend more time indoors and are often exposed to extreme temperatures (cold or heat) and eat processed foods rather than fresh.

Our bodies aren’t accustomed to such extremes. So, when we do venture outside, we often feel exhausted, sluggish, or even sick.

These effects can be reversed, however. The best way to avoid these problems is to ensure that your body stays hydrated throughout the day. Water is essential for your body to function properly and eliminate toxins.

Another important step is to ensure that you're eating healthy meals. Healthy food will help your body maintain its optimal temperature. This is especially important for those who spend long periods inside.

Finally, consider taking a few minutes each morning to meditate. Meditation helps you relax your mind and body, which makes it easier to deal with stress and illness.
